Its important to note that the original title of this blog had some <> on the ends to play on the whole code nature of this post…but it screwed up the whole post so I had to sell out and leave the <> out.
Yea, that’s right – my PHP in 24 Hours (third edition mind you) book arrived today and I have been stuck in front of my computer since about 8p (its now 11:07p) and I have finished 4 chapters. The first one was about the history of PHP and why you should like it. The second was about setting up your PHP engine on your server. Well…considering the fact that you are reading this post we can all assume that the PHP engine on my server is working just fine. I have already learned a lot and a bunch of things are already clearing up for me. Not to mention that a few hours of programming has left me a little punchy…
Vince got me to thinking that programming might be something I can do and since I have a little experience from my college days I thought I would take it on. After all, programmers make all the big money so why not give it a shot.
If you want a PHP book of your own they are available on Amazon for a great price.
I already have a sample project I want to do that will use some forms and when the user clicks on them it will give them some sweet answers. Should be a HORSE OF A GOOD TIME!
